    We deliver your order to any part of United States. All 50 States.

    The usual shipping time frame is between 5-7 business days after an order has been processed.

    Depending on the design, most take 1-3 days of processing time.

  • Expected shipping or order processing time?

    You will receive an email with the confirmation of the order, then you will receive an email when the order being mailed.

    Typical Ranges:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days domestically in USA, 7-21 days internationally.
    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days domestically in USA. 

    Depending on the model, our usual processing time is between 1-2 days.

  • What's the window for requesting a return?

    If you need to return anything, we make it quick and easy.

    You can return your purchases within a 30-day period after it has been received.

  • How do I initiate a Return?

    Please send us an email at Designs@Diromi.com or the Contact us box below so we can start the processing of the return. We'll send you an email with instructions.

    Send us back the item and as soon as we receive it, it will take from 5-7 business days to receive your new Item.

    If we are making a refund, please allow 14 days to have it processed by the payment method you have used.

  • Order Tracking?

    You will receive an email with the confirmation of the order, then you will receive an email when the order is fulfilled with the tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the carrier's website.

    We provide refunds in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

    Diromi will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong color.
